openvpn client agent problem with macOS

I was having an issue using the openvpn client on: MacOS M1Pro(Apple Silicon) Openvpn client: 3.4.1

The error messages on logs are: openvpn tranport error socket_protect_error(TCP)

After having discussion with IT department, it seems like macOS didn’t send any message to company server, and openvpn agent wasn’t initiated by client. Thereby, we need to manually starting the agent.

For the records, the workaround is the following:

sudo /Library/Frameworks/OpenVPNConnect.framework/Versions/Current/usr/sbin/ovpnagent
